SAVANNAH GRADUATED FROM THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA IN 2008. AFTER GRADUATING SHE COMPLETED A YEAR TEACHING ASSISTANTSHIP IN THE MEAT AND FISH KITCHENS AT THE C.I.A. FROM THERE SHE FURTHERED HER SEAFOOD SKILLS AT RESPECTED KITCHENS, SUCH AS LE BERNARDIN AND MARY'S FISH CAMP WHERE SHE EXCELLED AS CHEF DE CUISINE. SAVANNAH WAS THE EXECUTIVE CHEF OF RUSCHMEYERS IN MONTAUK WHERE SHE BOUGHT SEAFOOD FROM THE LOCAL FISHERMEN AND MET PARKER.

PARKER HOLLINGER
PARKER MOVED OUT TO MONTAUK IN 2004, AT THE AGE OF 19. HE BEGAIN HIS CAREER WORKING RETAIL AND WHOLESALE FOR GOSMAN'S FISH MARKET AND MANAGING THE FISHING DOCKS. HE LEARNED TO GRADE AND BUTCHER FISH BEING SOLD TO HIGH END RESTAURANTS AND FISH MARKETS. BETWEEN THE SUMMER SEASONS PARKER WORKED FOR COMMERCIAL FISHING BOATS. RECENTLY HE WORKED AT GREENPOINT FISH AND LOBSTER DOING SALES AND OVERSEEING MORNING OPERATIONS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. TODAY PARKER IS BACK IN MONTAUK WORKING WITH AND ON FISHING BOATS.
